I will be looking into hotels for the Ontario tournament. If anyone has stayed at any good hotels in Ottawa from last year, please let me know and I will look into it.
The total amount for the Tournaments is approximately $1600.00. As discussed at the practice on Thursday, I would need a check or cash for $110.00 at the game on Monday to cover all three tournaments, as I need to send the checks out now asap, to guarantee our spot. If we do not get into all three tournaments, we will look for another tournament. If we do not find one, we can decide as a team, if we would like to invest the extra money into some ice time for practices or return it to the parents. The team will also be receiving money for the GPK Association, but no amount has been determined and I am not sure when we will receive it. There are very few Midget tournaments, so we have to book quickly.
